What to know...
I'm a big believer that the only shortcut to success is time. Committing ourselves to things we're passionate about, owning the outcomes, and not being afraid of failure ultimately drive innovation and progress. The more time we commit to those things, the greater the return.

My 5 C's To Management
I operate by 5 values when it comes to running a successful sales team:
Communication:Clearly articulate goals, expectations, and feedback while actively listening to team members. Open dialogue fosters trust, alignment, and shared ownership of success.
Commitment: Inspire the team to commit to their personal growth and the mission at hand. When everyone is invested, individual and collective potential can be unlocked.
Consistency: Be a reliable leader by consistently showing up, embodying authenticity, and encouraging continuous improvement. Consistency creates trust and sets the standard for success.
Collaboration: TAchieving great results requires teamwork. Encourage collaboration to leverage diverse strengths and perspectives for both professional and personal growth.
Customer: Selling the right solutions starts with understanding the customer’s unique needs. Lead with discovery, empathy, and a focus on delivering value.
Process, Data, Enablement
Achieving Operational success is critical to creating a top-notch selling team. Sometimes, the best sellers have the hardest time due to inadequate enablement or non-impactful processes. And without solid processes, it can result in flawed data and inaccurate enablement! The cornerstone to performance management is to manage by metrics to ensure that teams are conducting and being enabled on the work that truly impacts their outcomes. Processes, data, clear goal setting, and hand-hand enablement are all important elements to my formula for a successful sales team.
